Full Service Package
Benefits of signing up for our full season landscape agreement:

Lawn Mowing and Trimming
Weekly starting middle of April through September- October depending on weather, then on average every 10-12 days depending on the growing season. Total grass cutting to be between 26-29 mowing’s for the year.
Spring Clean-Up and Mulching
To be completed in March, and consist of the following: weeding, edging, pruning of needed shrubs, laying of dyed black or brown mulch with a pre-emergent.

Aeration and Over-Seeding
To be completed between September through early November based on weather conditions. A tall fescue blend of seed to be used.
Leaf Removal
The first collection to be done around Thanksgiving, and the final collection to be done around Christmas time.
Maintenance Package
Once a month between the months of April through November coming out touching up any necessary weeding, edging, light pruning, and light mulch touch up where needed.
Optional Add-Ons
Flower Package: Annual flower rotation. Three times throughout the year, spring, summer and fall.
Spring pansies, summer wax begonias or vinca, fall pansies or cabbages.
Fertilizing: A total of seven applications to be done throughout the season.
