Do you offer free estimates?

What does the process look like from start to finish?
- Schedule a consultation. We walk your property and review your needs.
- Approve the plan. You receive a clear estimate and scope of work before we begin.
- Project completion. We complete the work efficiently, with attention to detail and minimal disruption.
Will I know what to expect before work begins?
Yes. You’ll receive a written scope of work and estimate before we start. Our crew keeps the site organized, and you’ll know who is on your property and what’s happening each day.
What hardscaping services do you offer?
We install paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, seating walls, and outdoor features such as fire pits and outdoor living areas.
Why do you evaluate drainage and grading before building a patio or wall?
A hardscape is only as good as what’s under it. We look at grading, drainage, elevation changes, and access first so the finished area stays stable and doesn’t cause water problems.
Can you build retaining walls for sloped yards?
Yes. Retaining walls manage slopes, create usable space, and add structure to your property.
What's included in landscape installation?
Landscape planning, trees and shrubs, planting beds, soil preparation, mulch and edging, and complete landscape builds that coordinate all of it.
How do you choose plants for my yard?
We select plants based on sun exposure, soil, drainage, and mature size, not guesswork. That keeps your landscape healthy as it matures.
Can you install trees for privacy?
Yes. We install privacy trees and screening for privacy, structure, and long-term property definition.
Do you install sod or seed?
Yes. Our services include sod installation and soil preparation, plus aeration and overseeding for existing lawns.
What causes standing water or soggy areas in my yard?
Common causes are poor slope, compacted soil, concentrated roof runoff, low spots, and neighboring elevations. We inspect your property to find the actual source before recommending a fix.
What drainage solutions do you install?
French drains, catch basins, downspout extensions, dry creek beds, regrading, and drainage swales.
Can you help if water is near my foundation?
Yes. Grading and drainage work directs water away from your home, and downspout extensions move roof runoff away from foundations and planting beds.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance plans?
Yes. We offer full-service plans and à la carte services for both residential and commercial properties. Plans cover lawn care, trimming, bed maintenance, and seasonal upkeep, with frequency based on your property’s needs.
What does lawn care include?
Weekly mowing, trimming, and edging along walkways, beds, and hardscape areas.
What's included in a spring or fall cleanup?
Leaf removal, cutting back perennials, clearing debris, pruning, edging, and mulching, so your property is reset for the next season.
Why should I aerate and overseed my lawn?
Core aeration reduces soil compaction and improves airflow, water movement, and nutrient absorption. We overseed right after aeration, when seed contacts open soil, to fill bare spots and thicken turf.
Do you handle snow removal?
Yes, in Montgomery and Frederick Counties. We plow driveways, parking lots, and access roads, and we apply salt and ice control before and after snowfall.
Do you remove trees and stumps?
Yes. We remove hazardous, dead, and unwanted trees, and handle storm-damage cleanup. We also grind stumps below grade and restore the area with soil, seed, and grading.
Do you offer excavation or land clearing?
Yes. We provide skid steer work, excavation, trenching, finish grading, and brush hogging for overgrown areas, for both residential and commercial sites.
